Since the human body cannot synthesize vitamins, they are typically acquired through external sources like food or nutritional supplements. That’s why the quantitative and qualitative analysis of vitamin takes very important part in food and pharmaceutical area.
Because vitamins are unstable compounds, which are easily oxidized and destroyed during sample preparation procedures, a simple analysis method that reduces degradation of vitamins needs to be established in order to produce accurate results.
